Sun, sea and cava

2nd October 2012

Hello flower lovers….

are you all wrapped up for the winter now that the chill is well and truely in the air??  Not that some of us need to worry about hats and scarves you know   its 28 degrees in Crete………

So we are closing for our usual october break and will be away from 2nd till 10 October, reopening on the 11th.  Its time to feel the sun on our faces for once this year…i swear if it rains in Greece you will hear me crying in Glasgow.

Its been such a fantastic year again.  With wedding galore that have taken us to some of the most beautiful beauty spots in our fine and wonderful country.  Oban to Oran Mor, Stranraer to Strathblane Country House and St Peters to St Patricks…we have cover so many miles and has so many happy brides and its not over yet…still lots of brides to be right through till New Year.

We have had a superb time getting to known our new contracts, and we are thrilled to be involved with The Royal Conservatoir again, and The National Piping Centre, and also the newly renovated Maryhill Burgh Halls.  We had the honour of creating beautiful flower for Gemma Cannon (Laidlaw) and we are so excited to be working with her and the lovely staff at the National Piping Cente.  Perfect location for someone who maybe has a big birthday celebration conming up next year….David….

So we will say Bon Voyage for a week or so, and hope that you all get a bit of sunshine too here….doubt it though guys……hehehe.

So thank you for Jemma and Rosie for another amazing year, thankyou to Kevin and Owen who`s hard work and talents are ever present in our wee shop, and thankyou to the hubbys David and Jim for putting up with our craziness…but most of all thankyou to our ever growing customer base for constantly returning to shop with us….we love seeing you all and BRING ON THE PUMPKINS…..
